Christina Aguilera sells Beverly Hills mansion!

Christina Aguilera has sold her Beverly Hills Estate for a reported $11.5 million, $2 million below her original asking price.   The pop diva finalised the deal after the palatial digs languished on the market for over two years with a $13.5 million price tag.   Christina purchased the home from Ozzy and Sharon Osbourne in 2007 with ex-husband Jordan Bratman.

She listed the property upon the couple’s separation in 2010, refusing to officially lower its price until its recent sale.   The 10,000-square foot Mediterranean palace boasts six bedrooms, nine bathrooms, a beauty salon, a media room, a recording studio, a guesthouse and a pool complete with a water slide and grotto spa.    The impressive construction was featured on hit MTV reality series The Osbournes before being purchased by the Dirrty singer.

The Beverly Hills abode’s deep-pocketed buyer remains anonymous.   Meanwhile, Christina has moved into a recent acquisition in the tony gated community of Mulholland Estates.   Apparently the Genie In A Bottle crooner was seeking even more space, as her new home is spread out over an expansive 11,000 square feet.

She purchased the property from billionaire and Detroit Pistons owner Tom Gores for a cool $10 million.

Taylor Swift has been seen in the last few weeks shopping for property in Rhode Island and it appears she has settled on a mansion officially listed at $20million.

But the pop singer is apparently a savvy negotiator and got the new home for much less than its asking price.

Taylor is said to have purchased the property in full for $17.75million with a single payment via wire transfer.

Real estate insiders told the gossip website that movers were seen as early as Saturday at the beachfront property, located in the upmarket seaside community of Watch Hill, Rhode Island.

But whether the mansion is a new home for the willowy blonde is questionable – the purchase may simply be a smart investment.

Taylor bought a home in Hyannis Port, Massachusetts, which allegedly was intended to keep her close to then-boyfriend Conor Kennedy.

But the Red singer put the house on the market in the wake of her September split with the grandson of Robert F. Kennedy and sold it last month.

The sale was reported to be a $1 million profit.

A source told Vanity Fair that the house in Massachusetts was ‘like a house-flip’ and was a ‘good short-term investment.’

But Taylor, whose earnings last year topped $57 million according to Forbes, could certainly afford to live in the home.

The white mansion is reported to be over 11,000-square-foot and sits atop more than five acres – and would make an excellent vacation home for her famously close family.

Although, the country singer already owns a home in Beverly Hills, California and a penthouse duplex in Nashville, Tennessee, which she considers her main residence.

Khloe Kardashian Odom stepped out in beverly Hills with a similarly fresh look and world’d cutest accessory.

Running errands in Beverly Hills on Wednesday , The 28 year old reality star rocked wavy ombre tresses to match her ombre shades. Her new brown and white boxer puppy who goes by the moniker Bernard Hopkins from husband Lamar Odom.

Writing about the tyke on her blog Wednesday evening, Kardashian-Odom gushed that  she was “in love.” “Lamar surprised me yesterday with this boxer puppy!” she wrote.  “He named him Bernard Hopkins after a famous pro fighter and we call him BHop. How  cute is this face?!?!? I am madly head over heels in love!”

The pup isn’t the only gift the star received from her basketball player hubby this week.  On Monday, the 33-year-old Odom sent two dozen red and white roses to his wife of three years, and another dozen white roses to her pregnant sister. He also treated her to a romantic  dinner at Beverly Hills eatery Scarpetta.

“No matter how busy our schedules get, Lamar and I always make sure we find time  for date nights,” Kardashian-Odom wrote on her blog. “The food was delicious and it was just so nice having a romantic evening with my hubby.”

It seems she may be getting wiser with age. For the weekend birthday girl Paris Hilton 33 looked remarkably fresh faced when she stepped out with her beau River Viiperi in Los Angeles on Monday.

In years gone by the fun loving heiress would no doubt have needed at least a few days to recover from
some hardcore revelry. Instead she looked fresh faced , albeit hiding her eyes behind some oversized
sunglasses as she enjoyed some quality time with her boyfriend. Paris looked in good shape in green patterned dress and was wearing her favourite suspender style tights by stockings designer pretty polly.
The workshy simple life star enjoyed seeing in her 33rd year by hosting an Alice in Wonderland themed
party and was of course dressed as the star of the tale.

She decorated her Beverly Hills mansion appropriately and dressed up in a thigh- Skimming blue costume on Saturday night.

Never one to do things by halves , the socialite shipped in 100 bottles of champagne for the bash and even got Lil Wayne to do an impromptu performance from her sofa.
