Their choppy relationship has been on and off for six years, but Rachel Bilson and Hayden Christensen have now reached calm waters.
The pair looked a picture of bliss as they enjoyed a sunshine break in Barbados on Saturday. The 31-year-old, who found fame in The OC, wore a tiny floral bikini for their day at the beach.
The couple have been on the island for several days – tan marks from a bandeau bikini and her pink skin suggested she’d been soaking up a lot of sun during their stay.
The itsy bitsy bikini allowed the Heart Of Dixie actress to flaunt her fabulous body. Wearing no make-up and her wet hair messily tied back, Rachel showed off her natural beauty as she splashed around with her beau.
Rachel was quick to immerse herself in the tropical waters holding her sunglasses a loft as she dunked her head underwater. When not in the water, the actress made sure to protect her face by wearing a large straw visor. Boyfriend Hayden also tried to soak up some sun wearing no shirt and a bright pair of boardshorts.
The Star Wars actor seemed to be struggling to relax, going for a solo snorkel before convincing Rachel to come with him on an inflatable chair ride. Joined by some friends, the pair looked like they were having a blast as the boat pulled them around. Back on dry land Hayden made sure to be a gentleman and helping his partner out of the water, tenderly holding her hand.
After all their activities, the couple got down to the serious business of snuggling. The pair – who met on the set of Jumper in 2007 – shared a kiss as they stood on the shore enjoying the view. The pair were due to marry in 2010, but called off their engagement before later reconcilling.
However, the sound of the pitter patter of small feet may soon be in the couple’s lives.
